What is Lantera Mobile ?
We are a mobile phones dealer. We do not have a physical shop, so instead of paying the rental and keeping at least RM30k+ worth of stocks, we sell them lower than they do. If you do see them selling lower, TELL US, and we'll beat their price. Note that prices change regularly, so check back often.
Why the name ?
We think we're awesome, so we needed an awesome name.
But I can't play with the phones first !
Unfortunately yes. But you CAN go to any shop, play around, and then buy from us. Why? Because it's cheaper of course!
Installments, credit cards ?
Installments, no. Credit card payment via PayPal is absolutely in our to-do list.
Do you accept trade-ins? Do you sell used phones?
We accept trade-ins, mostly. For the moment we don't have any used phones yet, but we will in the future.
Okay... I see a lot of people like you online, etc. What makes you different?
We'd like you to feel that we are not just looking to make a quick ringgit. We'd rather sell cheap, give you good service and have you come back to us rather than sweet talk you to buy something much more expensive than what it is really worth. Our aim is for you to feel that dealing with us is an enjoyable, laid back, hassle free, no pressure, rilek-rilek affair - with a very human and personal touch. We are painfully aware that earning your trust is more than just cakap bunga-bunga in an FAQ in a blogspot.
